one way to support the expectations of a good student is to acknowledge him practically. in this regard universities should have affiliation with multinational and well reputed organizations to seek best practical knowledge for students. this will ultimately enhance the students personality and communication and interpersonal skills and also contribute the practical knowledge of managing digital firm.

Expectations of fresh graduates

when students complete their graduate degree they see themselves at top position in a well repuated organization, but they dont realize how much experience they have. due to this most of the students loose their jobs. i personally think that when you have done your graduation you should apply those positions which match you according to your experience and second best option is to run your own business how do you support that statement.
